HKADF Model Competition

Organized by the Hong Kong Art & Design Festival 2007, the HKADF Model Competition is meant to discover potential talents in the field of fashion, advertising, and the entertainment industry etc., and to provide them with a precious opportunity to elevate themselves and shine.

Objective
To discover new talents in modeling and thereby promote development of the industry

Eligibility
Anyone with a strong interest in the presentation of clothing
who is at least 16 years of age by 2 August, 2007

Requirement on height
Male: 175 cm or above
Female: 165 cm or above

Application
Applicants must submit an application form, together with a 3R sized full body photo, a 3r sized upper body photo, and a brief self introduction, either by post or by hand to any centres of HKCAC.

Competition
The competition will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre between Aug 3 and 6. The presentation of various clothes items by modeling contestants will be followed by award presentation in the evening.

Award and prizes
There will be a Perfect Presentation Award and a Most Photogenic Model Award, winners of which will each get a trophy alongside valuable prizes.

Points of Note

- Contestants must agree on all regulations and ordinances applicable to the    competition
- Contestants must be present in activities of tailoring, fitting and rehearsal
- HKCAC is entitled to the use of photos of contestants for publicity purposes
- HKCAC reserves the ultimate right to any changes made to the regulations of the    competition
