In recognition of the importance of personal development and training, HKCAC offers consultancy services to corporate clients by:
- Analyzing and identifying the training needs, difficulties and targets of individual corporations
- Determining the type of training to suit their specific needs and targets
- Analyzing questionnaires collected from the target group and/or conducting personal interviews
- In the tailor-made course, the teacher will draft a study proposal for students allowing them to have the flexibility of what they want to learn specifically
- Assessing and evaluating the progress and achievement of participants
- otivating participants to pursue their goals

| Assessment Scheme & Post-course Proficiency Certificate |
An objective assessment of the participants’ ability and proficiency in a particular language will be conducted throughout the course. At the end of each course, participants who have successfully attended at least 70% of the training and passed our proficiency test will be awarded a post-course Proficiency Certificate.? This will provide both teachers and participants with a clear idea of what to work towards as well as permitting participants to be aware of their achievement and progress after completing the course.
