The following must be provided upon application:
ˇE An application form signed by both the candidate and the
representative of the nominating company
ˇE A Printed portfolio representative of your best work and also
2 sets in CD, VCD or DVD format.
Entry Fees
HK$2800 ,all entry fees of applications are not refundable
Please make the cheque payable to ˇ§Hong Kong Communication Art Centreˇ¨.
All nominations must be forwarded to Hong Kong Communication Art Centre before 5pm on the 1st July, 2007 by hand, by mail.
