本課程為有志投身酒店業的人士而設，完成課程的學員除可掌握到最新的酒店業知識外，更可獲遠東發展有限公司旗下位於香港、中國及澳門的酒店優先聘用。課程先從酒店業及酒店服務概念開始，再深入教授酒店前堂、餐飲及房務部的組織及運作。除此之外，課程亦包括英語及普通話課程，旨在鞏固及提升學員的語言水平。課程的尾段為實習部份，每位學員均獲安排到酒店實習，除可把課堂的理論結合到實際工作環境外，更可從酒店資深主管身上汲取寶貴經驗，對學員將來正式晉身酒店業有著莫大的裨益。
