participant who has achieved 80% or above of attendance to all
4-month courses may apply for a certificate.

This course is designed for those who wish to acquire basic
spoken Spanish. Students are expected to learn some basic
Spanish to handle everyday practical conversation,
pronunciation, and elementary vocabulary.

These courses are designed a continuation to the Beginners’
course. It develops a more complete knowledge of basic Spanish.
The focus is still oral, writing and reading skills. Various forms
and the usage of verbs, and more complicated colloquial
Spanish, such as polite and respectful expressions, will be
introduced.

Designed as continuation to Lower Intermediate III, these
courses provide students with a wider range of expressions
and more sophisticated grammatical forms.

These courses are designed for students who have completed
intermediate Spanish or the equivalent level. Focus will be paid
upon acquiring the knowledge to handle conversation as well
as discussions concerning students’ own interests and
occupation. Complex sentences and expressions will be
introduced to express complicated ideas and thoughts. On
completion of these courses, students should be able to
communicate in many levels of conversation, of a polite, formal
or familiar nature. Moreover, the students will be introduced to
different aspects of Spanish culture.

These courses provide an excellent opportunity to further
practice oral Spanish for those who have mastered basic
grammar and syntax. Emphasis is laid on correct pronunciation
and efficient practical communication skills. Students are
encouraged to express their opinions during class discussions
so that their vocabulary will be greatly enriched at the
completion of the courses.

As well as organizing regular center-based courses, we also
provide tailor-made, in- house training for individuals or companies.The fee charged for tailor-made training courses is based at the following:

• Qualification and experience of lecturers/ speakers
• Background, job role and number of participants
• Duration of the course/ seminar

This class lasts for one year and consists of 96 teaching hours.
An overall knowledge of Spanish including oral, listening, writing
and reading skills will be taught intensively. Students will be
thoroughly prepared for Higher Diploma course by this.

This course is intended for students who have completed the
higher intermediate Spanish courses or equivalent qualification.
Taught at university level, it consists of career and technical
programs. It also covers more grammar with an emphasis on
Spanish culture and customs, activities include: group
discussions, songs, videos, and literature.
