伍仲匡先生畢業於香港理工大學，持有該大學之設計文憑及室內設計學士學位。他亦是英國特許設計師協會的資深會員，及被邀請成為香港設計中心的設計大師，推動香港之設計服務。他於 1999 年成立了室內設計顧問公司 AB Concept。

顏學添先生在多倫多修讀建築學，回港後加入了著名的澳大利亞室內設計企業 Denton Corker Marshall 和頂尖的紐約公司 Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates ，獲取了對設計發展的可貴經驗。而他於 2 002 年成為 AB Concept 作董事及設計總監。

之後在短短數年間， AB Concept 的業務快速成長，其服務已推廣至亞太各大城市。他們曾參與的設計項目包括住宅、商業、會所、樣板房，甚至是大規模的室內建築設計。而公司設計的服務更得到業界的認同，並在多個室內設計比賽獎項中多次於不同組別中獲獎。從而得到太古地產、香格里拉酒店集團，Starwood等等的垂青。

而這次得獎的作品是三個酒店餐飲項目，位處於深圳海邊的一個全新的 City Resort 內，建築設計由英國建築師 Terry Farrell and Partners 負責。這三個餐廳均具備獨有的設計概念與特色，其中包括 Feast - 以自助餐為主的 All-day-dinning Restaurant，Carpi 一個擁有無敵海景的意大利特色餐廳，還有是取名「粵菜王府」的中餐廳。

Ed Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and a Diploma in Design of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is Fellowship member of the Chartered Society of Designers and Design Ambassador of the Hong Kong Design Centre. He established AB Concept in 1999.

Terence Ngan studied architecture in Toronto. After having returned to Hong Kong, he joined renowned Australian interior design firm and elite New York firm where he gained valuable exposure to design development as well as project implementation. In 2002, Terence joined force with AB Concept as a Director.

They are based in Hong Kong and support original design and make the firm’s fast-growing and dynamic Asia-Pacific network. With the experienced design background and the architecture industry, their industrial experiences span residential, commercial, hospitalities, show houses and other architectural interiors. Under their leadership, the company has gained awards bestowed by difference designer organizations and publications within the region under different categories. This was further recognized by the recent appointment by Swire Properties Ltd., Shangri-la, Starwood, for the interior design renovation of their major portfolios.

For the project being awarded this year are the three restaurants which located at a City Resort in Shenzhen sea side designed by the renowned British Architects Terry Farrell and Partners. These restaurants are named as Feast – the all day dinning restaurant, Carpi – a specialty restaurant with a enormous sea view and Dragon Court - the signature Chinese restaurant.
