馬志雄自幼便喜歡繪畫，每次拿起畫筆都希望能畫出屬於他自己的卡通人物。 1985 年，中國南極考察成果第一次在香港展出， Winson 被這極地深深吸引著，除確立了他以後創作的大方向，也培養了我的世界觀。1998 年馬氏加入了插畫師協會，參加了很多不同種類的插畫展覽。

1999年， Winson 獲邀請為「三極博物館」擔任設計總監。是次設計亦獲香港特別行政區和香港賽馬會屬下機構(海洋公園)作康樂及教育的規劃建設。

2000年，夥拍兩個朋友創立了「鐵人兄弟」品牌公司，我們希望善用多年來累積的經驗，放在創作 figure 上。終於創出一些成績，受到世界各地的 figure fans 所喜愛。

2006 年，公司建立自己的品牌公司「猿創作」，創作百份百屬於自己的人型角色及各形各色的代言產品。

2007年，有幸得到香港政府邀請為香港回歸十周年設計一套原創公仔，更希望憑著努力及堅持，為自家作品源源不絕地注入生氣。

Winson Ma enjoys drawing since childhood. Every time he drew, he wished the characters that he created can be popular one day.
In 1985, Winson was brought to an exhibition about the Inspection of the South Pole. he was deeply attracted. From then on, he has a wider world outlook and wanted to dedicate his art to the polar region. In 1998, Winson has joined membership of Hong Kong Society of Illustrators and attended different kind of illustration exhibitions.

In 1999, he was invited to participate in the “Polar Wonderland” project as the Creative Director. This project was submitted to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Jockey Club for construction planning.

In 2000, Winson established “Brothersfree” with two friends. The company hoped to create actions figures. The products from “Brothersfree” are welcomed and popular among many people around the world.

2006 is definitely another starting point for Winson as he set up the “Winson Classic Creation”. His dream comes true as his own figures characters are born. Winson also created various presentable spokes-figures for different brand names and products .
In 2007, his company is honoured to be invited by HKSAR to design The 10th Anniversary Figurines. With his courage and devotion, he hopes his figures business will grow healthily.
