傑出推動藝術大獎2008旨在向商業團體加以頌揚，表彰他們於香港積極提倡及推動藝術的傑出成就，以及提供機會予各方藝術工作者向大眾展示其藝術才華及經驗。

The Outstanding Arts Promotion Award 2008 aims at according recognition of the outstanding achievements of commercial entities with strong and contributive advocacy and promotion of arts in Hong Kong, and with provision of an opportunity for all ranges of arts practitioners to share their artistic talents and experiences with the general public.
