單位採用簡約對稱的設計概念，盡量將天然元素與室內環境混成一體，卻又不失瑰麗高雅的感覺。發展商將「嘉亨灣」的售樓處置於七十三樓的頂層複式單位，並將無敵海景和廣闊視野，融入於室內設計中。建立出樓宇的優點外，將空間感觀和原始的美感呈現，與現代生活作出相輔相乘的感覺。

全屋以白色為主調，深啡色作為點綴。縱向的線條組織，再利用鏡光和水晶的折射效果，來增加趣味性。客廳兩邊以對稱的方式，並放了體積大小，設計相同的沙發、地毯和水晶吊燈。理所當然，兩旁通往VIP房的入口，亦刻意營造相對的效果。

銷售櫃檯是全屋的中心點，與露台形成一直線。製造出四方申延的視覺深度，令室內空間更為廣闊，更重要能突出這個位置的重要性。櫃檯後的Corian背板，採用最先進的切割科技，製造出獨有的浮雕圖案，和透光的效果。

為承接對稱設計原則，櫃台左邊的廚房亦改變成開放式，同時加入酒吧功能，以垂直水晶簾作為裝飾。而右邊是一道發光樓梯，由室內貫通至室外，成為一條立體光柱。為加強華麗感，樓梯旁掛了一盞長長的水晶吊燈，由上層天花垂至樓梯的入口位置。
最後，天台的空中花園，栽種了大量綠色植物，加強優閒的舒適角度。高級的戶外傢俱、按摩浴缸和燒烤爐等設備，與香港急速的大都會的生活，形成了強烈的對比。

The design of the flat shows the delicate balance between nature and the modern city. The Grand Promenade’s 73rd floor penthouse, which is now the sales office, has the advantage of having both height and space. The designer emphasizes these strengths by drawing the panoramic sea view into the interior.

White is the main tone and the ocher adornments, together with reflections of mirrors and crystals, creates a classy and elegant atmosphere in the flat through the concept of simple symmetry. The visual center of the flat is the sales table. It shares the same lines as the terrace to create a feeling of depth and to emphasize the importance of the table. Behind the table is a Corian plate with translucent embossment. Sofas, carpets and chandeliers of similar sizes and designs are placed on the two sides of the living room. The corridors to the VIP rooms were designed likewise.

Left of the sales table is an open kitchen with a bar. It was decorated with crystal screens. Right of the sales table is a luminous staircase. In the middle of the staircase is a high chandelier that links the two levels and the indoor and outdoor space.

A lot of greens were planted on the outdoor rooftop. With a Jacuzzi, quality outdoor furniture and barbecue equipments, the relaxed lifestyle it suggests contrasts greatly with the busy city life of Hong Kong.
